La Velada explores the meeting point between flamenco tradition and the present moment. Inspired by the legacy of flamenco and those who danced before her, Marta G\u00e1lvez transforms inherited movement and memory into a personal, contemporary expression\u2014rooted in history yet unmistakably of today.<\/p>\n
About the artist:<\/strong><\/p>\n Marta G\u00e1lvez (C\u00f3rdoba, Spain) began her flamenco training at the age of three and earned a degree in Spanish Dance from the Professional Dance Conservatory. She later studied on scholarship at the Andalusian Dance Center and has performed with leading companies including those of David Coria, Mar\u00eda Pag\u00e9s, \u00darsula L\u00f3pez, Jos\u00e9 Porcel, and Juan Carlos Avecilla.
