Birdie is a multimedia performance blending live video,
objects, scale models and thousands of miniature
animals with a revisiting of Hitchcock’s The Birds. Three
performers navigate a messy world shaped by war,
migration and instability, addressing crisis and resilience
with wit and commitment to humankind. Amid mirages of
scarcity and apparent stability, thousands of birds move
constantly across the sky, a reminder that everything,
from atoms to ideologies, is in motion. Running time is
approximately 65 minutes.
